Who I am
I am a co-founder of Integrated AI and the implementation partner on our training engagements. I run them from discovery through onsite delivery and certification, which means I am the person sitting with your account managers and producers walking through their actual week.
Integrated AI is a Founding Claude Partner based in North Charleston, South Carolina. We train insurance agencies and brokerages to use AI on their own work rather than in the abstract: carrier quote comparisons, renewal analysis, benefit booklets, census-to-bill reconciliation, client proposals, claims notes, and open enrollment communications.
What I have worked on
Training engagements with insurance agencies and benefits brokerages, from the discovery pass through building the projects, the onsite training days, and the governance policy that gets signed before any of it.

What I have written
Guides on how agencies adopt AI, what it costs, and what governance has to cover, plus essays on what actually changes for the people doing the work. Everything below is written from engagements we have run, with real numbers where we have them.
Guides
AI for insurance agencies: a practical guide
The five-step sequence that works, the questions that stall agencies, and honest answers to each one.
Read the guide CostWhat AI training for an insurance agency costs
The $12,000 Foundation and what is in it, what is not, the retainer tiers, what grants can take off, and how to run the payback math yourself.
Read the guide GrantsUsing state training grants to pay for AI training
How incumbent-worker programs work, why the application must come before training starts, and how to find your state's version.
Read the guide GovernanceWhat belongs in an insurance agency's AI governance policy
The sections the policy needs, and how to build the rules into the work instead of a binder.
Read the guide DataClient data, HIPAA and PII: using AI without exposure
The real risks, what to check in a vendor agreement, and the controls that keep sensitive fields out.
Read the guide CE creditAI training and insurance CE credit: where things stand
What we issue today, why CE runs through ethics and E&O framing, and what we are building toward.
Read the guide MethodHow to pick the first workflows to put on AI
The two-part test we use in discovery, how to run the audit yourself, and what to leave alone.
Read the guide ComparisonAI training or an AI tool: what actually changes
How the two purchases differ, how each one fails, and the questions that decide it.
Read the guideEssays
The five use cases every insurance agency builds in week one
Carrier quote comparisons, benefit booklets, census-to-bill reconciliation, open enrollment campaigns, and compliance notices, with the real before-and-after times from our client engagements.
Read the essay EssayWhy insurance is the right wedge for AI training
A heavily-trained, commission-driven industry with mandatory continuing education and template-heavy workflows. Why AI adoption compounds faster in insurance than anywhere else, and why we go deep before we go wide.
Read the essay FrameworkTraining is the foundation. Here is what we build on it.
Discovery, governance, build, train, sustain. What actually comes after training: the retainer, CRM and AMS integrations, and transformation, only as far as it makes sense, and you own everything either way.
Read the essay EssayWill AI replace account managers and producers?
The question every team has on day one and most of them do not ask out loud. What happened to the recovered hours in real engagements, which part of the job is actually changing, and what we tell teams before we start.
