This page describes how Integrated AI handles personal information on www.integrated-ai.com and in our work with clients. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell personal information, and nothing a client provides is used to train external or shared AI models.
What we collect on this site
This website is a static marketing site. It has no advertising trackers and no forms that submit data to us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs, to operate and secure the service. If you email us or book a discovery call, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, and anything you write. Scheduling runs on Calendly, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
The client portal and Learning Hub
Clients sign in to a portal and to the Integrated AI Learning Hub, our learning platform. Authentication runs on Supabase and uses your work email. Inside the Hub we store learning activity such as course progress, submissions, and credentials, which is what makes certificates verifiable. Learner profiles, certificates, and the certified directory are excluded from search engine indexing.
Client materials in engagements
During a training engagement we work with an agency's real files: renewals, carrier quotes, benefit booklets, claims notes, and similar materials. We operate under strict data-handling agreements. Client materials are used only to build and deliver that client's engagement. Nothing a client provides is used to train external or shared models, and everything a client's team builds belongs to the client.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We rely on a small set of service providers to run the business: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Calendly for scheduling, Anthropic's Claude for the AI work inside engagements, and Accredible for issuing verifiable credentials. Each processes data only to provide its service.
