AI enablement for P&C insurance agencies

We build and deploy quoting, renewals, certificate requests, submissions, and claims intake with the agency's team, in the agency's own AI environment. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

What is AI enablement for a P&C insurance agency?

Integrated AI builds and deploys workflows with a property and casualty insurance agency's team for quoting, renewals, certificate of insurance requests, submissions, and claims intake. The Foundation builds 5 to 10 workflows in the agency's own AI environment.

The work is the agency's own files, not a sample account. A commercial quote comparison uses the carrier PDFs already in the file. A renewal remarketing summary uses the expiring policy and the loss runs. A certificate request uses the holder wording the caller already sent. A submission summary uses the ACORD and the applications the agency already collected. A claims note uses the first notice and the documents already attached. A person reviews every output before it reaches a client or a carrier.

Quoting

Commercial quote comparisons

The library names commercial quote comparisons and marks the workflow new. The inputs are the carrier quotes the agency already received. The output is a comparison the account manager reviews. We do not publish a time for it.

Renewals

Remarketing and loss runs

The library names renewal remarketing summaries and loss run summaries, both marked new. The renewal narrative and the loss summary are drafts. The producer still decides what to remarket and what to tell the insured.

Service

Certificate of insurance requests

The library names certificate of insurance requests and marks the workflow new. The draft pulls the holder, the wording, and the policies already on the account. Issuing the certificate stays with the agency.

New business

Submissions and ACORD intake

The library names submission and ACORD intake summaries and marks the workflow new. The summary organizes what the application already says, so the marketer can see what is missing before the submission goes to a carrier.

Service

Policy checking

The library names policy checking of the policy against the binder or the quote, and marks it new. The check flags differences in the documents. Whether a difference is acceptable is a person's call.

Claims

Claims intake notes

Claims notes are a workflow we already build and deploy with insurance teams. A claims-intake workflow turns the first notice and the documents in the file into a draft note. The claim decision stays with the agency. This workflow is not its own line in the published P&C library list, and it has no published time.

Which workflows are already named in the library?

The Learning Hub names six P&C workflows and marks each one new: submission and ACORD intake summaries, commercial quote comparisons, policy checking of the policy against the binder or quote, loss run summaries, certificate of insurance requests, and renewal remarketing summaries. They are built on the agency's own accounts during the Foundation. We do not publish before-and-after times for them.

The agency picks which of these move first. The Foundation builds 5 to 10 workflows, so the list above is the starting menu, not a promise that every agency leaves with the same six. Benefits workflows that already have published times, such as carrier quote comparisons at 3 to 4 hours down to about 60 minutes, are a different book of business. Those times are written up in the five use cases every agency builds in week one. They are not P&C times.

What stays with your people?

Coverage recommendations and claims decisions stay with a named person at the agency. AI drafts the assembly work, and a person reviews every output before it reaches a client.

The same line applies to quoting. AI can line up the premiums, limits, and deductibles that are already on the quote pages. Recommending a coverage is the producer's job. That split is the one we use in how to pick the first workflows: template-driven assembly first, judgment left with a named person.

What do the four weeks look like?

The Foundation is four weeks. Week 1 is the audit and the workflow pick. Week 2 is approved tools, written data rules, and the library. Week 3 is two days on site with the whole team. Week 4 is live, with the first briefing done and the first 60 days of the retainer included.

  1. Week 1. Audit. We inventory every tool and account, trace where client data has gone, and pick the 5 to 10 workflows from the quoting, renewal, certificate, submission, policy-check, and claims-note work on your desk.
  2. Week 2. Tools and rules. One recommendation on which platform to consolidate on. Teams are often spread across Claude, Copilot, and Hatz AI. Approved tools are configured, the acceptable-use policy is written, and the library is loaded with your workflows.
  3. Week 3. On site. Two days with your whole team, on your systems and your live accounts.
  4. Week 4. Live. The first monthly briefing is done, on-call support is open, and the next 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer are included.

What does it cost?

The Foundation is $12,000 for the first 10 seats, plus $500 per additional seat, including the first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer. After that the retainer is $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 a month by team size: $1,500 for up to 10 people, $2,000 for 11 to 25, and $2,500 for 26 and up. It is month to month with 30 days' notice. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

  • Use case discovery and a data and exposure audit. Which P&C workflows move first, every tool in use, every account, and where data has gone.
  • A platform to consolidate on, with the tools and rules installed. One recommendation, then approved tools and an acceptable-use policy.
  • Your first 5 to 10 workflows, built in your own AI environment. Quoting, renewals, certificate requests, submissions, policy checking, and claims notes. You pick the ones that hurt most.
  • Two days on site with your whole team. On your systems and your live accounts.
  • A shared prompt and skill library the agency owns, kept in the Integrated AI Learning Hub.
  • First 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer included. Two monthly briefings before the first invoice.
Step 2 · Ongoing

Up to 10 people$1,500
11 to 25 people$2,000
26 and up$2,500
  • Monthly briefing with ownership: what changed, what it means for the agency, and what we already updated.
  • Quarterly team refresh. New hires onboarded, and everyone else sharper.
  • On-call support when someone is stuck.
  • New workflows as your needs grow.
  • When the models change, we change the library.
The risk sits with us

You see two briefings before the first retainer invoice. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. There is no annual contract. An 18-person agency is $16,000 for the Foundation, because the first 10 seats are included and each of the other 8 seats is $500, then $2,000 a month from month three.

Each step has its own page: the Foundation and the Integrated AI Partner retainer. What is not in the number, and what state incumbent-worker grants can reimburse at 50 to 90 percent of eligible cost when the application goes in before the engagement starts, is in what the Foundation costs. Employee-benefits brokerages have a sibling page at AI for benefits agencies. Public prices for the other offers buyers compare are on the comparison page.

What results are published?

The published case studies are benefits engagements. A five-person group benefits team left a two-day onsite with 11 production Claude Projects and recovered 7 to 13 hours per week, with Phase 1 payback in under 9 weeks. A benefits brokerage put 10 renewal-season workflows on Claude in about six weeks. This page does not treat those hours as a P&C result.

The method is the same shape for property and casualty work: data rules first, workflows in the agency's own environment, then two days on site. The proof we can point to is the two benefits engagements above. We would rather say that plainly than borrow their hours for a P&C claim.

How is client data handled?

The rules come before the workflows. The Foundation audits every tool and account in use and where data has gone, then installs approved tools and an acceptable-use policy. A person reviews every output before it reaches a client. Nothing an agency provides is used to train external or shared models. The agency owns the workflows, the policy, and the library.

P&C files carry personal information in applications, loss runs, and certificates. The written rules are the same kind of control we describe for client data generally in client data, HIPAA and PII and in what belongs in an agency's AI governance policy. A copyable version is the free AI governance policy template. We issue a credential through the Learning Hub when the Foundation is complete. It is not accredited for insurance CE at this time. Where that stands is in where insurance CE credit stands.

Questions agencies ask

What is AI enablement for a P&C insurance agency?

Integrated AI builds and deploys workflows with a property and casualty insurance agency's team for quoting, renewals, certificate of insurance requests, submissions, and claims intake. The Foundation builds 5 to 10 workflows in the agency's own AI environment.

Which P&C workflows are already named in the library?

The Learning Hub names six P&C workflows and marks each one new: submission and ACORD intake summaries, commercial quote comparisons, policy checking of the policy against the binder or quote, loss run summaries, certificate of insurance requests, and renewal remarketing summaries. They are built on the agency's own accounts during the Foundation. We do not publish before-and-after times for them.

How does claims intake work in this engagement?

A claims-intake workflow drafts the claim note from the first notice and the documents already in the file. The claim decision stays with the agency. Coverage recommendations and claims decisions are judgment calls, and a person reviews every output before it reaches a client. Claims intake is not a separate named line in the Learning Hub P&C list.

What does AI enablement for a P&C agency cost?

The Foundation is $12,000 for the first 10 seats, plus $500 per additional seat, including the first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer. After that the retainer is $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 a month by team size: $1,500 for up to 10 people, $2,000 for 11 to 25, and $2,500 for 26 and up. It is month to month with 30 days' notice. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

Do you publish time savings for P&C agencies?

No. We do not publish a P&C hours figure, and we do not apply those benefits results to a P&C agency.
