Who sets up Claude for an insurance agency?

Integrated AI is a Founding Claude Partner that sets up Claude for independent property and casualty insurance agencies and employee benefits brokerages inside the agency's own accounts. We build the workflows in the agency's own AI environment. The engagement is the Foundation, which takes four weeks, and then the Integrated AI Partner retainer, which works like the agency's own AI department.

The two days on site are hands-on working sessions where the team builds and runs workflows on its own accounts and systems. Integrated AI is an implementation partner, not a training provider or a course.

A Claude rollout follows the Foundation as it is already described. The agency gets discovery and a data and exposure audit, a platform recommendation, approved tools, PHI-safe configurations, and an acceptable-use policy, 5 to 10 workflows built in the agency's own AI environment, two days on site, and a shared prompt and skill library the agency owns. The detail of each step is on the Foundation and the Integrated AI Partner retainer.

What it costs

The Foundation is $12,000 for the first 10 seats, plus $500 per additional seat. The Integrated AI Partner retainer is $1,500, $2,000, or $2,500 a month by team size: $1,500 up to 10 people, $2,000 for 11 to 25, and $2,500 for 26 and up. The first 60 days of the retainer are included in the Foundation. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

What does a Claude rollout for an agency include?

When the platform is Claude, the Foundation is the rollout. It is four weeks, in the agency's own accounts. Week 1 is discovery and a data and exposure audit. Week 2 is the platform recommendation, approved tools, PHI-safe configurations, an acceptable-use policy, and the shared library. Week 3 is two days on site with the whole team. In week 4 the agency is live, the first briefing is done, and the first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer are included.

  1. Discovery and a data and exposure audit. We inventory every tool and every account, trace where client data has gone, and choose the 5 to 10 workflows the agency wants to move first.
  2. A platform recommendation, approved tools, and an acceptable-use policy. The recommendation names one platform to consolidate on. When that platform is Claude, we set up approved tools and PHI-safe configurations in the agency's own accounts, write the acceptable-use policy, and load the shared library with the agency's workflows.
  3. 5 to 10 workflows, built in the agency's own AI environment. The workflows run on the agency's real accounts, in accounts the agency controls. The agency picks the ones that hurt most.
  4. Two days on site with the whole team. The two days on site are hands-on working sessions where the team builds and runs workflows on its own accounts and systems. Integrated AI is an implementation partner, not a training provider or a course.
  5. A shared prompt and skill library the agency owns. The library lives in the Integrated AI Learning Hub, so the know-how is not stuck in one person's chat history.
  6. The first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer. The agency sees two monthly briefings before the first invoice. After that the retainer continues only if the agency wants it.

The agency leaves owning the approved tools, the policy, the library, and the workflows in its own accounts. The method for choosing which workflows go first is in how to pick the first workflows.

Which workflows does an agency build on Claude?

The agency chooses the 5 to 10 workflows from the work it actually does. The examples below are workflows the site already names. When Claude is the platform, the chosen workflows are built on the agency's own files.

Property and casualty

Workflows named for P&C agencies

Certificate of insurance requests are named on the P&C page, and the connector's workflow library includes COI review. The Learning Hub names six P&C workflows and marks each one new, with no published times. The list is on AI enablement for P&C insurance agencies.

Two published benefits engagements ran on Claude. AFC-AIS left a two-day onsite with 11 production Claude Projects. LaSalle Benefits put 10 renewal-season workflows on Claude in about six weeks. Both are benefits engagements, and we do not publish a property and casualty hours figure.

How is client data handled?

The work is built in the agency's own AI environment, in accounts the agency controls. The rules come before the workflows. The Foundation audits every tool and account in use and where data has gone, then installs approved tools, PHI-safe configurations, and an acceptable-use policy. A person reviews every output before it reaches a client. Nothing an agency provides is used to train external or shared models. The agency owns the workflows, the policy, and the library.

Benefits files can include protected health information, and property and casualty files carry personal information in applications, loss runs, and certificates. The written rules are the same kind of control described in client data, HIPAA and PII and in what belongs in an agency's AI governance policy. A copyable starting point is the free AI governance policy template. The agency can edit it and have counsel review it before adopting it.

What is the Integrated AI connector for Claude?

The Integrated AI connector is a free public MCP connector. There is no sign-in. It is a remote MCP server, and any client that speaks Streamable HTTP can call it, including Claude. The URL is https://www.integrated-ai.com/mcp. There is no account, no API key, and nothing you submit is stored.

The tools draft a governance policy from the published template, check a task against the green, yellow, and red data rules, suggest 5 to 10 starting workflows, search the workflow library, and return public facts and prices. The built-in library it searches includes renewal comparison, census cleanup, quote comparison, and COI review, among others. Setup for Claude, including where to paste the URL, is on the Integrated AI connector for Claude.

When is Claude not the right platform?

The platform recommendation is made in discovery. The teams we work with are spread across Claude, Copilot and Hatz AI, and the Foundation recommends one platform to consolidate on, whether that is Claude, Copilot or Hatz AI. Week 1 inventories the workflows and every tool and account already in use. Week 2 names the platform. We are a Founding Claude Partner, and we still build in the agency's own environment when the recommendation is Copilot or Hatz AI, so the workflows stay in accounts the agency controls.

That recommendation, and the written rules that follow it, are part of the Foundation. A 30-minute call is the place to start if you want the audit dates, or a clear reason not to proceed. Book the 30-minute call.

What does a Claude rollout cost?

The price is the Foundation price. The Foundation is $12,000 for the first 10 seats, plus $500 per additional seat, and it includes the first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer. After that the retainer is $1,500 a month for up to 10 people, $2,000 a month for 11 to 25 people, and $2,500 a month for 26 and up. It is month to month with 30 days' notice, and there is no annual contract. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

Step 1 · Weeks 1 to 4

The Foundation

$12,000

The first 10 seats are included, and each additional seat is $500.

  • Discovery and a data and exposure audit cover which workflows move first, every tool in use, every account, and where data has gone.
  • One platform recommendation names the platform to consolidate on. It can be Claude, Copilot, or Hatz AI. Approved tools, PHI-safe configurations, and an acceptable-use policy follow that choice.
  • The first 5 to 10 workflows are built in the agency's own AI environment, on the work the agency actually does.
  • Two days on site are with the whole team, on the agency's systems and live accounts. The two days on site are hands-on working sessions where the team builds and runs workflows on its own accounts and systems, and Integrated AI is an implementation partner, not a training provider or a course.
  • A shared prompt and skill library is the agency's to keep.
  • The first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer are included, which is two monthly briefings before the first invoice.

A published example

An 18-person agency is $16,000 for the Foundation, because the first 10 seats are included and each of the other 8 seats is $500, and then $2,000 a month from month three. You see two briefings before the first retainer invoice. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice.

The agency buys its AI tool subscriptions directly and owns them. What sits inside the fee is in what AI enablement costs an insurance agency. Each step also has its own page: the Foundation and the Integrated AI Partner retainer.
