AI won’t replace insurance agents. Agents who use AI will.

We train insurance teams
to actually use AI.

Four weeks to approved tools, written data rules, and your first workflows built on the real accounts your account managers and producers run every day, with two days on site for the whole team. Then a partner who keeps the library current as the models change, so nobody on your team has to.

Day one of training with your producers went well. They’re running carrier quote comparisons with AI now. We’re using the same template you’ve always sent clients, and it takes about ten minutes instead of an afternoon.

Three kinds of agencies

Three kinds of agencies. Only one of them is still winning accounts in five years.

This is not a tooling decision. AI is the cost structure every agency will be measured against, and the gap compounds with every quote, every service call and every hire. Nobody sends the other two a warning. They get a quieter renewal season, then an offer from a platform.

1

Not using AI.

Their clients are, and their competitors are. At the next client meeting the client already has an opinion about whether the agency is behind, and employers now name a broker's failure to use AI as a reason to leave.

Where it ends: losing accounts on service and price.

Exposed
2

Using AI with no plan.

Personal accounts, no approved tools, no data rules, nobody tracking the spend. Census data sitting in a personal AI account with no business associate agreement, and nothing written down when the person who set it up leaves.

Where it ends: acquired, or absorbed into a platform.

Exposed
3

Using AI with infrastructure and a partner.

Approved tools, data rules in writing, a shared library, and someone whose job is to keep up as the models change. When a carrier asks where the data has been, the answer is one sentence. Their people move fast and nothing blows up.

Where it ends: choosing its clients, setting the price.

Ahead

Already happening. This quarter, not next year.

71%

Employers switch brokers over it.

In Zywave's 2026 survey of 1,400 employers, failing to use modern technology and AI appeared among the reasons to leave a broker for the first time. 71 percent now expect a strategic advisor, up from 56 percent in 2023.

Zywave, 2026 Broker Services Survey
72%

The competition is being standardized.

PE-backed platforms did 72 percent of agency deals in 2025. Every office they buy gets a stack, a policy and training within months. That is the other bidder at your next RFP.

No BAA

A personal AI account is not a HIPAA tool.

The consumer plans of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are not covered by a business associate agreement, and conversations can be used for training unless each person opts out. Census data in a personal account is outside your control.

OpenAI, Anthropic and Google BAA policies
Untrained

Your AMS is becoming an AI tool.

The AMS and benefits platform vendors are shipping AI agents inside the products your team already uses. The features arrive whether anyone has been trained on them or not.

What We Do

Foundation first. Then a partner who keeps up.

We start with the Foundation: four weeks to approved tools, written data rules, and working AI on your real accounts. The Learning Hub holds the library. The Integrated AI Partner retainer keeps all of it current as the models change.

Step 1 · Weeks 1 to 4

Approved tools and data rules first. Then working AI on your real accounts.

We audit every AI tool and account your team already uses and trace where data has gone. Then we set up the tools and the rules: approved tools, PHI-safe configurations, an acceptable-use policy your team will follow because the safe path is also the fast one. Your first 5 to 10 workflows get built on your real accounts, and we spend two days on site with your whole team running them. Not a webinar, not a lunch-and-learn.

Integrated AI Learning Hub · Our learning platform & use-case library

The living use-case library every client builds into.

Training itself happens hands-on, onsite and live. The Learning Hub backs it up, virtual labs and courses, certification, and a capture of every real, working use case each agency builds. Train a company → capture their use cases → the library grows and gets more valuable → the next client is easier to serve. A proprietary asset that compounds with every engagement.

Why us

One kind of expertise isn't enough.

Most of what's out there is one or the other: AI experts who have never worked a renewal, or insurance veterans a few prompts deep into AI. Real adoption takes all three: deep AI expertise, strategy consultants who have run transformations for 20+ years, and people who know the insurance industry. We bring all three, plus founding Claude partner credibility and a use-case library that grows with every client.

How much does your team use AI today?
Do you have an AI governance / E&O policy?
How long does a carrier quote comparison take?
How long does it take to create a client benefit booklet?
How long to build a client proposal?
How many client-facing team members?

What the four weeks look like

Getting into the third group doesn't take a big decision. It takes four weeks.

It starts with a 30-minute call. Bring your client count and your team size, and leave with the audit dates on the calendar, or a clear reason not to.

Week 1

Audit.

We inventory every tool and account, trace where data has gone, and pick your workflows.

Week 2

Tools and rules.

Approved tools configured, policy written, library built and loaded with your workflows.

Week 3

On site.

Two days with your whole team on your systems, your accounts, your real client work.

Week 4

Live.

First monthly briefing with ownership, on-call support open. The next 60 days of the retainer are on us.

The plan

Every engagement starts with the Foundation and a 30-minute call. You see two briefings before the first retainer invoice. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

Questions

Things agencies ask us first.

What does the Foundation actually include?

+

Four weeks. A data and exposure audit of every AI tool and account your team already uses, approved tools, PHI-safe configurations and an acceptable-use policy in place, your first 5 to 10 workflows built on your real accounts, two days on site with your whole team, a shared prompt and skill library the agency owns, and the first 60 days of the Integrated AI Partner retainer.

What does it cost?

+

Starting at $12,000 for the first 10 seats, plus $500 per additional seat, including 60 days of the retainer. After that the Integrated AI Partner retainer is $1,500 a month for up to 10 people, $2,000 for 11 to 25, and $2,500 for 26 and up, month to month with 30 days' notice. Pricing is valid for engagements signed through December 31, 2026.

What if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude on its own?

+

Then the audit is where we start: every tool in use, every account, what data has gone where. Consumer AI accounts, on any model, come with no business associate agreement, so client and employee data in personal accounts is outside the agency's control until approved tools and written rules replace them. That is the second group, and it is the one the Foundation was built for.

Why focus only on insurance?

+

Insurance is a heavily-trained, commission-driven industry with hundreds of thousands of licensed agents and mandatory continuing education. The bar for AI training is low, the urgency is high, and proof and references compound faster here than anywhere else. We go deep before we go wide.

Do you issue a credential, and can it count for CE?

+

We issue a credential and are building toward continuing-education eligibility. To qualify for insurance CE, courses must be framed as ethics / E&O / compliance rather than "software training," so we file in our active states first. It's genuine differentiation, and honestly, it's medium-effort work, not an instant easy button.

Can grants help pay for it?

+

Often, yes. State incumbent-worker training grants can reimburse employers 50 to 90 percent of eligible training cost, but they generally must be applied for before training starts. Whether the two on-site days qualify depends on your state, and we will flag it on the call.

Who owns the workflows, prompts, and data?

+

You do. The approved tools, the policy, the library, and the workflows in your own accounts stay with the agency whether or not the retainer continues. We operate under strict data-handling agreements, and nothing you provide is used to train external or shared models.

What happens after the Foundation?

+

The Integrated AI Partner retainer, which is already running: a monthly briefing on what changed and what we updated for you, a quarterly team refresh, and on-call support. You see two briefings before the first invoice. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. No annual contract, nothing to unwind.

Ready when you are

Get into the third group.

Book a 30-minute call with Brad. Bring your client count and your team size. Leave with the exposure audit dates on the calendar, or a clear reason not to. 60 days of the retainer before the first invoice, and 30 days to walk away after that.
