Integrated AI is an AI enablement firm for independent insurance agencies and benefits brokerages. We build working AI use cases on an agency's own book of business, then train the account managers and producers who run those workflows every day. The team leaves with use cases they own, a signed AI Governance Policy, and a credential.
What we do
Our core engagement is Insurance AI Enablement: thirty days, built on your renewals, carrier quote comparisons, benefit booklets, claims notes, and client communications. From there, agencies that want to keep building work with us through a recurring partnership of monthly hours, new Claude Projects, and integrations. Everything a client's team builds belongs to the client, and nothing a client provides is used to train external or shared models.
Who we are
The company was founded by Brad Weber, Nicole Gordon, and Mark Gordon, and pairs deep AI practice with people who have run business transformations for more than twenty years. We are a Founding Claude Partner in Anthropic's inaugural partner cohort, and we work only in insurance: going deep in one industry is the reason the training lands on real work instead of generic examples. The Learning Hub
Training is delivered and sustained through the Integrated AI Learning Hub, our own learning platform. Each client agency gets a branded academy with cohort-based courses, AI-graded practice on insurance workflows, and a verifiable credential with annual recertification.
