The short version: the site is here to explain what we do, nothing on it is professional advice, and what we build with a client is governed by that client's agreement with us, not by this page.

Using this site
You may read, link to, and share the pages on this site for your own information. You may not copy our guides, essays, case studies, or other material for commercial use, present them as your own, or use automated tools to scrape the site in ways that interfere with it. AI and search crawlers are welcome under the rules in our robots.txt file, and every page is available as plain markdown to make that easier.
No professional advice
Our guides and essays describe what we have seen in real engagements and what we think about it. They are general information, not legal, compliance, insurance, tax, or financial advice. Grant programs, continuing-education rules, HIPAA obligations, and carrier requirements vary by state and by situation. Confirm anything that matters with your own advisors and your state agencies before acting on it. Results described on this site come from named engagements and are not a promise of what your agency will see.
Client engagements
The Foundation, the Integrated AI Partner retainer, and any other work we do for a client are governed by the proposal, statement of work, and data-handling agreement that client signs with us. If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement controls. Pricing on this site is valid for the period stated next to it and may change after that.
The client portal and the Learning Hub
Access to the client portal and to a Learning Hub academy is provided to clients and their teams as part of an engagement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account. Do not share credentials, and tell us if you think an account has been misused. Course content, prompts, and materials inside an academy are for the use of that client's team. Everything a client's team builds during an engagement belongs to the client, as our privacy policy also states.
Our content and marks
The text, design, and structure of this site, our guides and essays, and the Integrated AI name and wordmark are ours. Case studies are published with the client's permission and describe that client's engagement only. Claude is a product of Anthropic; other product and company names belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Third-party services
Booking a call runs through Calendly. Sign-in runs through Supabase. Credentials are issued through Accredible. Each of those services has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we do not control their content.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error free or always online. To the fullest extent the law allows, Integrated AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, the portal, or the Learning Hub. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the terms of a signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site itself will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Charleston County, South Carolina. Disputes under a client agreement follow the terms of that agreement.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
